Fields, 33, was shot to death in November 2002 in front of Heron's home. Authorities said the two men apparently had an altercation earlier in the day. Prosecutors said witnesses told investigators that Fields was on his knees facing away from Heron when he was shot in the back of the head.
I guess all those 'Use a gun and you're done' billboards aren't doing much good. Simply horrible.
